Zeenes is built to make selling digital products simple, while keeping payouts secure and reliable for creators.
All customer payments are first processed through our payment partners. These payments go through standard verification and settlement checks before becoming eligible for creator payouts.
Standard Timeline
In most cases, creator earnings become eligible for payout within T+3 business days from the date of a successful customer payment.
Because of this, payouts are not instant. Funds are released to creators only after the payment has been fully settled and cleared on our end. This helps us prevent fraud, handle refunds smoothly, and ensure long-term platform stability.
This timeline accounts for payment gateway settlement (typically T+2) and internal verification on our platform.
Once a payment is eligible, creator earnings are scheduled for payout according to our payout cycle. Any delays caused by banking systems, payment providers, weekends, holidays, or compliance checks may affect the final transfer time.
We're committed to transparency and reliability, and we continuously work to make payouts as fast and seamless as possible as the platform grows.
